Mary Dempsey

Operations Manager

Mary Dempsey is our Operations Manager and is responsible for:

  • Human Resources to include payroll, recruiting and benefit administration
  • Coordinate and administrate company events
  • Assist with budget preparations
  • Logistics management (ensures office equip. produces good services at acceptable standard; Ensure company services meet and exceed customer standards; interact and prepares needed Report and next course of actions)
  • Operational strategy and standard procedures and policy administration
  • Maximizes output of various contracts
  • Various administrative duties

Mary has over nine years of property management experience with market rate and affordable multi-housing. She previously worked for Real Estate Equities as Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the President and CFO.
