Colleen Carey

Colleen is responsible for overseeing all corporate and financial operations including acquisitions, new development, redevelopment, asset management, property management, strategic planning and community relationship building.

Elaine Swenson
Property Management President

Elaine oversees the portfolio of residential properties and acting as Property Manager for the retail properties. Elaine is responsible for supervising capital expenditures and seeking out creative ways to manage, market and position properties, new business, refinancing and acquisition of new apartment communities.



Lawrence Black
Project & Operations Manager

Lawrence supports The Cornerstone Group with the management of development projects. Project specific duties include: project planning and timelines, community engagement, communications, budgets, site supervision, contracts and project systems.

Mary Dempsey
Property Management Operations Manager

Mary's responsibilities include Human Resources, Logistics management, budget preparations, Operational strategy and standard procedures and policy administration
